Enjoy a beautiful 4-course meal by Chef Cassandra Bruecks paired alongside lovely wines from our friends Rob and Emily. This menu will NOT be a vegetarian menu and does not necessarily represent the food program at the Mercury but we are so excited to bring you this wonderful event.
